Photoshoot Preparation

Preparing for a photoshoot is an essential part of making the day run more smoothly, this will help with achieving the very best results when it comes to taking the photos. Below I will walk through key elements.

Complete Projects -
Before booking a time and date for the photoshoot it is best to check with your client if the house is ready to be photographed. They may have other works going on that could potentially disrupt the day.

Outside Areas -
Please check with your client outside spaces are clear and tidy. Outside furniture may have covers on them, gardening equipment may be out. It would also be a good idea to let your client know we may need to move cars and bins if we intend to photograph the externals.

Clean And Tidy Spaces -
Before a photoshoot I like to send a little cleaning check list. This just gives your client a heads up that we may need items moving and putting away before we arrive on the day. This can be from this like personal photos, letters, fridge magnet, pet bowls, washing up etc… Are the surfaces clean
